Tourist	Application for Schengen Visa, completed, signed and dated & VFS Form Email ID & Mobile no of applicant is mandatory Appendix D: Family Appendix for Applicants, Medical form, Consent form Copy of passport 1st & last pages Passport or other travel document,  valid for at least a further three months after the end of the trip Proof of funds for stay/ Evidence of source of Financial support such as : (a) Bank statement for last three months / Sponsor letter / Foreign exchange endorsed on the passport (b) In case applicant is the proprietor / owner of the company, company’s bank statement, company memo, partnership deed, establishment license or proprietorship etc are required. (c) In case of visit being sponsored by the company, sponsorship letter with full details and bank statement for last three months of the company required. (D) In case of visit being sponsored by the relative member or the friend, (Appendix E)  and bank statement for last three months of the sponsored required Two [2] photographs of passport style and size [35 x 45 mm] for all applicants, including minors. Your photograph must be: – color photo – recent and of true likeness – showing full face – taken without headgear – head coverings and hats are only acceptable due to religious beliefs, and even then, may not cover any portion of the applicant's face – taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background Photographs that do not conform to these standards will be rejected and may cause delay in processing the application.   Proof of purpose of the visit, evidence of accommodation, e.g. confirmed hotel reservation or confirmation of organised tour (Please note that hotel voucher should have full address & tel Fax Email Id of the Hotel ) Evidence of occupation/student status Evidence that you have sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay A valid, personal travel insurance which covers costs for – emergency treatment by a doctor – urgent ambulance transportation – transportation back to applicant's home country if required for medical reasons. The insurance must cover at least 30,000 Euro and be valid in all Schengen states and cover the total length of stay. Parental consent is required for minors. Authority letter in our favour to submit & collect the passport on the behalf of the client   Your entry visa must be entered in your passport before your arrival in Sweden.
Business	Application form for Business visa to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant. Two [2] photographs of passport style and size [35 x 45 mm] for all applicants, including minors. (b) An outline of the applicant’s itinerary, purpose of visit names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit. Hotel reservation Travel itinerary or copy of booking Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries .The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure. Medical Declaration Two Copies of first & last page of the passport to be submitted. . If passport has been extended please enclose a copy of this page Note: Applicant could be asked for additional documents or may be called for an Interview if desired by The Embassy of Sweden, New Delhi. The visa fee, according to Schengen regulations, is non-refundable

Email ID & Mobile no of applicant is mandatory You must have a written offer of work in Sweden. Information about registration of offer of employment is found on the website of: > the Swedish employment office Your employer must guarantee that you will be paid a minimum of SEK 13,000 per month before tax. Accommodation must have been arranged for you in Sweden. You must be fully prepared to leave Sweden when your term of employment is over. The first time you apply for a work permit, you do so at the Swedish Embassy or Consulate in your country of origin or in your country of domicile Your residence permit must be entered in your passport before your arrival in Sweden.
