STR	4 online visa application Forms must click on below link https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/visa/freshVisa  4 Photos Covering letter from the applicant if letter on the letter head than Indian company round seal required on that Appointment letter in original with Nigerian company round seal Quota approval from Federal Ministry of internal affairs.Please note that Quota letter should be valid for 6 months minimum   Request letter to Nigeria High Commission from Employer should be in Original. With Nigerian company round Seal & The person who will sign the invitation letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his passport copy if he is Nigerian. in case he is foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy.    CVV of the applicant Acceptance letter by the passenger. Higher Educational Degree/Diploma should be in original attested by HRD & MEA and than 4 copies of each documents required back to back. Original Yellow fever required
